Great deal. Just know what you are getting yourself into by getting LG with webos. The TV will force you to update to new OS version and accept new privacy terms. Even if you use external HDMI stick/box to play your content you will see overlays https://www.reddit.com/r/assholed...for_lg_tv/

I just connect it to the separate IoT network and turn on automatic updates. Occasionally there will be some top right corner overlay saying there was a new update installed, or some new terms and conditions need to be accepted, but I never actually open or interact with those. I think if you don't use the Smart TV junk it doesn't even actually make you accept the terms.

Does the Costco app reflect the current discounted price in store or do we have to go to the store to confirm this? I see only $1499 at the 5 stores near me.
