Note that this is the weaker of the two that look nearly identical...
DCF911 & DCF913 are the weaker two
DCF921 & DCF923 atomic wrenches are more powerful
DCF921 can be hacked at Home Depot right now for $92-ish. Search for the deal on here to find it

calling it a gun is slang.
They have always been impact wrenches.
Check the popularity of he words since 2004. https://trends.google.com/trends/...0gun&hl=en

Impact Wrench is the correct term, gun is just slang and not used as much.

Must've had a not so great title... Regardlesss, this is the battery kit [homedepot.com] you "buy" and then add two "free" tools. Impact wrench as 1st tool will make the 2nd tool the cheapest.

Looks like the impact wrench is unavailable for shipping unfortunately.

Used the 921 over the weekend to do brake pads, rotors, and suspension work. That thing is really all you need for 90% of your DYI. Took lug nuts, and caliper bracket bolts out like butter. Haven't tried the axle bolt but I have a feeling it'll eat that up too. It's small stubby and light so it's great for tight spaces. Might jump on the 3/8" version just to have it.

No(*)

(*) A larger/higher end battery can increase performance. Potentially taking a tool like this from barely NOT being able to loosen a fastener to being able to loosen fastener.
I use my DCF923 with a small powerstack battery most of the time, if I get onto something it can't do (that I think it should) I'll grab a bigger battery first. If it can't do it with a bigger battery I grab a bigger tool.

Trying to add the hammer drill as the 1st freebie so I can add the impact wrench as the cheaper item, but it won't even let me add the hammer drill

...tried it on mobile website, their app, chromebook web and incognito and no go for me...

I can confirm. Could only add the sander. No go with either the impact wrench or the hammer drill.

Looks like these tools are out of stock for delivery and can't be ordered online for pickup in store... Might be worth a call to HD to get them to help, my store has several of the impacts in stock but no option to pickup even without the deal... :/

So ibwas able to get this done in the app...but didn't click on the "shop this off deal" as it wouldn't let me add both free items.... I had to empty my cart, click on the battery...add to cart.. then scroll a little down to recommended items...I added the hammer drill, then the 1/2" impact wrench. But as mentioned by someone, I couldn't do in-store pick up for the free items.

The pricing came out to $118 for the battery, $86.50 for the hammer drill, and $94.40 fir the impact wrench. I'm debating this since i have a dcf894. Its just the SD effect subconsciously telling me to order this. Damn you SD.
