I think it checks if you have service at 60 day or not. Her number was totally different than what I activated with.

Yes exactly, hopefully capital one offers doesn't have an issue. I do see 120$, trick is activate it and leave it for few days. Also, if you used a referral code for 5000 points then you can use that to buy additional month of service as the new unlock policy may need 60 days of service
If they honor them. I had an account they refused to honor the byod deal after the first month; I had to port back out to a different service
Use google voice to get a phone number and use that number to port in

Avoid like the plague
I should have lodged complaints, but it just became easier to port that number back out.
You had to just buy another 30 days of service and you can very well use reward points if you have points right?
