This is terrible advice. A DIY system such as this offers way more capability, expandability, and repairability. All at a much cheaper price

The Ecoflow is locked into a proprietary system for expansion batteries and if something like the inverter or BMS breaks you pretty much have to trash the entire system.

The Ecoflow's advantage is for portability but for home storage, DIY systems are the way to go. Unless the Delta Ultra is on sale

I actually bought this unit for a UPS for my UPS... two of the ecoworthy 150ah.

I returned it. It's very meh... slow cutover. while it charges fast... the inverter can't handle brief over 1k wattage... and i'm talking 1060 watts for ~30 seconds before shitting the bed.

This *is* a charge controller.
"Pure Sine Wave Inverter" - This is an inverter for taking DC power to AC power. You'll still need a way to charge the batteries - Solar or AC charger.

Which would have me keeping it. Had some cheap no name junk that crapped out well before it's rated output. Sometimes 2-300 watts. Sold them at a garage sale.

Yeah this can be a good solution for someone that wants to keep a fridge and some electronics running in a power outage. Just order the 4 * 314 Ah cells here:https://www.18650batterystore.com...ah-batteryAnd for $630, you have 4kWh of storage
Too,too,too expensive. 12v 314ah with 200bms, I think I need paid $380-400
