Ah, that's a very fair point / question! And sadly, no, it wouldn't.

- 8oz of Fairlife milk provides 13 grams of protein
- The equivalent-to-this-protein-drink 11oz serving would provide ~18g of protein

That's still a good amount, but you're right, not 30g. Hmm.

Note ingredient list (emphasis mine):

ULTRA FILTERED SKIM MILK, WATER, CREAM, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI),
POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, SEA SALT, NATURAL FLAVOR, LACTASE ENZYME, PECTIN,
SUCRALOSE, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, MONK FRUIT EXTRACT, VITAMIN A
PALMITATE, VITAMIN D3.

Why not just throw some raw cocoa + allulose + a pinch of salt into an 8oz serving of Fairlife whole milk and you end up with a tasty, healthier, and cheaper option?

Wow - hadn't seen less than 19.99 a 12/pk - in for 4 at $16.99 each. My kid likes this a lot and says it is very similar to Fairlife. Her only issue was it being in a can, but she and I feel it doesn't have a can taste.

I like these. They taste identical to the fair life 30g. Not much of a can taste. It seems like a smaller volume to drink than the fairlife so I like that.

I used to drink the high protein fairlife drinks until I read up on carageenan. That was disappointing.

It won't. That only gets you 13g protein for 150 calories. I buy these shakes for the 30g protein at only 150 calories. It's an easy, quick way to get enough protein on those days I'm falling short on protein with not much calories left to spare.

this stuff is good but REALLY wish it didn't have Sucralose. I'm told it's a sweetener that causes inflammation. Do some research if that's a concern for you.

Same ingredients in Nurri as Fairlife protein drink, you can't compare apples to oranges.
