On the Switch 2 Once you have the cart do you have a way to turn it into a virtual card or do you always need to insert the card to play it?

Same. Fwiw, I picked up a uses copy of BotW for switch 1 off of Facebook marketplace for $35 and paid for the $10 switch 2 upgrade, so $45 all in. Working great so far. Fun game

I bought Donkey Kong Country Returns and Xenoblade Chronicles X when they first came to Woot and both were the US variant. First party titles that are sold on Woot for a while and have that disclaimer is usually the UAE variant. There are rare cases that they'll ship you a EU variant. It depends on the game.

Man I enjoyed the crap out of Odyssey.. I rarely play more than an hour at a time.. But that one had me hooked til I beat it haha.

That's actually a great point I hadn't considered. Thus far I'd only thought about not having to download the 'upgrade' content in the future by having it on cartridge. Thank you!
