Without looking, I'd guess harbor freight has a similar product at regular price that is cheaper every day.

Curious as well the purpose of this. Is it just something cheap for the "junk drawer"? Feels like there's not a situation where you would reach for this instead of a regular bit driver or a ratchet.

I don't see them being sold at HF. They were 25 cents each at Advance Auto Parts during their Red Tag clearance event.

Sometimes neither of those are as easy to fit. I've used these for anything from replacing a car part underneath the glove box, to mounting monitors that have a wall very close to the back of them.

It's a step between using just the socket with your fingers and using a small ratchet, but not just that, also to hand thread a particularly long bolt that you wouldn't ratchet, but this gives you the ratchet ability in hand threading. It gives your fingers a break, especially if you have stiff joints.

Adding: The HF three wheel driver set is advertised as ratchet, the OP item does not appear to say ratchet anywhere on the page. If I needed to get in somewhere with tight clearance, my personal preference would be the ratchet
