I'd rather go 1 hour later. Their pump hours are anyhow extended. Why not make changes to their closing times. 8.30 pm on weekdays & 6 pm on weekends are really ridiculous hours. Want people to buy more, stay more open. Going to costco on weekends is a real nightmare from finding a parking spot to checkout & the exit door. All due to limited hours. Please extend the hours of operations including the weekends. Stop the torture of overcrowded stores & parking lots.

Oftentimes weekday evenings are already low volume times. Try going after 6 PM on a weekday. You might be pleasantly surprised. Isitpacked is a good website for realtime wait times, in larger cites.

I find that Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings aren't too bad, but Thursday evenings are terrible. I rarely go on Friday evenings so not sure about those. Saturdays seem to be crowded all day. Not sure about Sundays as I haven't been to a Costco on a Sunday in many years.
