You need to have the app set up on each phone and sign in with the same login
Same login? Wife and I have t-life app on each of our phones, separate logins (by #), and we both see the same code. I would think same login would less likely to generate unique codes, not more?
1. Remove T Life from each phone.
2. Download and reinstall T Life. Do not switch sim card.
3. Turn ON data and LOCATION for each phone and launch T Life. Program should lock in to each sim card.
If you move your wife's sim card to your phone without remove/reinstall T Life, the app may display your reward.

Fixed it. Somehow on my app/phone it was logged in with my wife's number. We use eSim, so would never do any sim swaps. Very bizarre. I used to get unique codes all the time and then one day it just stopped, I assumed TMo changed it to one deal per account. Lol, oh well… appreciate you trying to help!
