Good! Any mobile operator will throttle you down after 20-30GB. You abuse the system! They have a separate mobile internet service for this. And why wouldn't you get regular internet service for that volume of data?

Are you kidding me?
35gb is nothing, watching 3 movies in 4k eats up that.
Mint said they got rid of data limits, as usual they lied

When network is busy, that means just what it says, unless it is busy 24 hours a day, which it is not, they throttle 24 hours a day, everyday

You don't think people hookup their phone or tablet to a 65" tv?

I am in a rural area

but mobile operators can advertise "UNLIMITED" when it's really not after 35gb....

I highly recommend Mint Mobile. It uses TMobile towers and my families cell service and speeds have been incredible and unwavering since day one!

I had Mint last fall and they throttled me to death, unless things have changed, after 35gb I really had no data faster than dialup speed
My wife and I are on the Unnecessary Plan and have zero issues with speeds or throttling. Pay yearly and still the cheapest, fastest service available.

Just to be clear, "MINT" as a company is a scam.

TM bought them, and Ryan Reynolds still shills for them but that's all. It's all TM owned and operated, and handicapped.
Nice opinion. Please define and provide proof that as to how Mint is a "Scam". I'm very intrigued

We use the Unnecessary Plan and never have to worry about throttling.
