I got it last time it was on sale. It is amazing. Neighbors love it as well.

PS. Take some time to read the manual and all the modes.
Half the day is night. So it depends how you live your life and your profession.

Here's a yt review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeTAsXo7vJQ

These types of lights are called flood lights, these light up a wide area field of view instead of throws which light up a focused area with a bright laser-like light beam.

As a first responder that works night these types of flashlights are amazing. I can use this to light up a dimly lit room by placing this on a table and making my own light. I can use this to gain access to an address while being very visible. These types of flashlights also acts as a non-lethal deterrent if necessary

As for duration of use, that depends on how you use it as there are different brightness modes and automatic temperature regulators that will automatically decrease output to protect the flashlight once it reaches a specified temp of 40 (or 45) degrees C to protect the LED for long term use.

The point is, this is an advanced and amazing flashlight for the price with its own flashlight Anduril 2.0 UI and if you haven't bought a flashlight in the last decade this is a pretty good one to start but this is definitely not an edc light
I have over 300 AliExpress transactions. Only two never arrived (and I was refunded).

Great to hear. How's the beam pattern some complain about compared to the SP36 BLF? I guess for $28 you can't complain much.

I don't have a sp36 to compare to. Coming from many Convoys

Center of beam is like a rounded square. The surrounding flood in sort of a 4 leaf clover. But in real world use outside the shape isn't noticeably different from a single LED thrower.

On turbo it's impressive and gets hot fast. No idea the run times but damn this thing is bright.

Thanks. I got this mainly for longer run-times on lower-medium brightness for repairs and outages which would still considered 'bright'. And for showing-off the turbo. Tell your friend, "Not sure if this flashlight is bright enough for the job." Then hit the turbo. LOL.

I agree, it is a good one, but just too heavy.

I had the same thought. The batteries should last plenty long on low power, which is bright enough for 90% of my use. Cheers you got it before it expired

Thanks. I hesitated for a while on this deal because I never bought from AliExpress. Glad I caught it under the wire. Was also considering the Sofirn SC33 on Ali but went for this instead.

Got it for my dad. He says the flashlight won't turn on when he unplugs it. Sound like I got defective batteries?

Did he open the battery compartment and remove the black round paper/plastic battery protector (so the battery doesn't discharge during storage and transit)?

LOOKS LIKE THE DEAL IS LIVE YET AGAIN!

Worked for me - just bought one for $27.22 after coupon. Says limit of 1 so maybe you're trying to buy a second? If so, just create a new account.

I had to use my phone. The checkout process was failing in both Chrome & Edge desktop.

Normally $1535, now $7.99!
If you are going to mock a deal or others it is critical you do not end up looking the fool and become mock worthy yourself.

The SP36 Pro has never ever been anywhere near this price and this is a large and significant discount of at least 50%. Till very recently the long term prevailing price seldom or never dropped in any significant way. In 2023 they were $80 to give you some idea and I never saw one on sale with any significant discount at all . They came down a bit bit to $70 but basically stayed there which means that this deal is about 60% off the going rate. I have eyed them for few years but never purchased as I did not want to pay that price but jumped on this in a heartbeat.

On the Ebay aftermarket the lowest price $59,99 and I have seen them sell for $100. Right now on Amazon they are $70. Why you would think such a discount something to mock? You just must not understand the market or what you are looking at.

Hopefully he just has to remove the paper battery protector/isolator. They put a spacer in there so the light can not be turned on in shipment. If is not removed it will do just what you say it is doing.only turn on when plugged in.
