These are good boots for the price. If you want even more cushion, consider something with their "UltraSpring" foam like what is used in many sport shoes. They are much more cushioned. I'm a sasquach and ones like this are my go to for all day comfort: https://www.wolverine.com/US/en/r...5585M.html

Correct, they are more flat. It bugged me so I just quick sanded a curve into the heel. They're not the best choice if thats important to you, it did bug me enough to mod mine.

I was using the mobile website at the time and the on screen code it gave me, like abc-def-ghi-jkl, not the code they emailed me, like abcdefg123. I also had a some other boots in my cart that I removed before checking out.
