That Home Depot price for the 32 oz size matches the Frontpage deal from Amazon a few weeks ago.

This is water based, and can be used indoors or outdoors. I have an unfinished basement, and will spray the indoor perimeter to control ants and spiders, along with my exterior perimeter. Works great.
There are also oil-based Bifenthrin products such as Bifen XTS which are more "weather resistant", but can also cause staining and can potentially affect the landscaping. I have no experience with these however.

You'd probably be fine with this stuff but I can't speak to that exactly, only Bifen IT, but only difference is how long it lasts with the rain.
Just a note that you won't see bugs just falling over and dying with this. You can spray them directly and likely will see them just keep on moving. It's not that kind of insecticide and that's part of what makes it safe for people and pets. Give it 24 hours though and they'll all be dead
Buy it on eBay…that's the secret

I did this last year and tried using it again this year but it's effectivity was terrible. These chemical sprays have terrible half-life, so if you buy a large bottle make sure you plan to use it within a year, otherwise it's a waste.
