11kg = ~22 lbs = 22 man-sized ribeyes, bike weighs less than that. good to go.
Do yourself a favor, though: teach your kids to ride a balance bike for a few months.
Then buy these and NEVER mount the trainer wheels. Trainer wheels are like five steps backward. Just stick with a trike instead.
My kiddo rode this 14" on his 3rd birthday, never ever rode a bike (at least one we owned) with training wheels.
