Looks like there are complaints about game mode on QN90D & QN90F, so it probably hasn't improved too much since QN90B anyways.
It hasn't. I have a qn90a and according to rtings this is a significant downgrade.

what I did with my 2 previous orders, (2 accounts) I ordered the QN85D's for 1100. got 50 off app, and when they shipped said I wanted to cancel, they gave me another 150-200 off each. came out to like 900 OTD for both tv's each.

very happy with the tv, but its a trick I will continue to use in the future. once ships, call and ask to cancel, they will offer a good bit back to continue order

FYI - Refer to the screenshot of my chat with Samsung Customer Care. So, the Facebook Marketplace $0 broken/dead free tvs can be traded in for $130 (the website will say $200 discount for trade in but in reality, it is $130 discount) discount on your new Samsung website ordered tv deal. They accept any TV brands and sizes from 55 inch onwards and in any condition even if the tv screen is broken or dead. I hope this helps. EDIT: Someone in our community said they accepted lesser than 55 inches tv too. So any size any condition any brand broken tvs for $130 during deal days.

what is the 'contact center?' chat agent? The little chat bot / person in the corner of the shopping page?

Can you please confirm that any trade in will only give us $130? Or just non-functioning TVs traded in? Wasn't very clear from your message.

There's also a selection for 55" and lower. And the screen shows $200 as well

Yes. It connects to real human. No promo or further discounts for this TV. If you want to hang the tv, they give free installation service (mixed reviews) but you need to get good brand tv mount from Costco/Sams etc. My neighbor used $60 Onn Walmart brand tv mount for his Samsung 85 tv and it is tilting to one side as the Onn brand weight limit is 120 lbs only.

Thanks. Yeah they couldn't do anything for me except free mounting, but it's just going on the tabletop stand to replace the 75-inch QN90B, so I declined.

I literally just got the X90l delivered. Now I'm debating to return and get this instead. It would be about $200 cheaper all said and done.

I waited for over 2 months for prior EPP deal around black friday for QNX1D with terrible customer service and missed delivery targets. They gave me a $150 coupon for compensation. I ended up buying a LG C3 77, which was a wonderful TV but couldn't withstand a nerf gun Frown. Thanks OP, going to give Samsung another try, with trade in of broken LG and coupon, it was 1019 +taxes

Is there a way around epp/edu? They used to not check but now there's a hard check that asks you to verify
