Yeah I feel that, still a bit sad on that deal, it took them like three days to cancel the shipping orders... just enough time for me to build a bit of false hope ("well, it is last years model, they probably need to get rid of inventory" and "the guy in the thread said Samsung support said to honor all orders, that sounds promising").

Samsung is a joke. Samsung had a TV bundle deal last week. Q990D + 75" QLED 4K QEF1 for 849.99 or the Q990D + 75" NEO 4K QNEF1 for 1299.99. I purchased 2 of the TV bundle deals. Samsung sends only one soundbar for the 2 TV bundle deals I purchased. Called Samsung multiple times and the response I get is to return my order and they will give me a "promo" code. And another rep tells me to return my order and purchase again and request for a price match. They refuse to send the second sound bar.

I've lost my trust with this company. Seems like they have this tactic of lowering prices and failing to fulfill the orders as promised. Did anyone catch the bundle deal last week? tbf. The promo code was supposed to be for people who bought a Samsung TV. It was also open box.

When i spoke to chat they asked where i got the code from. And i said email and they asked for proof. I think people who legit got the code had their orders honored.
