If you want to know where the true slick in this deal is listen up…. So you wanna take advantage of this deal and get your four iphone 16 pros with lines on the cheapest plan the unlimited welcome plan, take advantage of any discounts you can fios, autopay, they were giving 10 or 20 dollar a line reductions when I was just there as well.

My bill for 2 iphone 16 pros and 2 pro maxes on the unlimited welcome plan was $130 a month including fees and surcharges. The 300 gift card will cover 2 months, and then you will pay out of pocket for at-least one more month.

When you have been with verizon for at-least 90 days, and made three device payments. You are gonna port your four lines over to t mobile via their keep and switch plan. They will give you up to $800 in gift cards to pay off your verizon phones and you get to keep them and don't have to stay with t mobile if you don't want.

Iphone 16 pros cost 1000/36=27.778
And 200/27.778=7.2 So if you need service on the four devices anyways and verizon is giving you a good monthly bill, the ideal amount of time to stay with them is gonna be like 6 or 7 months. At that point your 16 pros will have 800 left on their EIP so you can pay them off completely with t mobiles keep and switch.

If you just want out from verizon asap, then just get the lowest bill, make sure you use all your gift cards and credits up and once you hit 90 days and 3 device payments you can port out. You will have to pay 27.78*4=111.12 for each device then essentially which is still a no brainer.

Then if you really wanna get crazy, once you port out to t mobile Verizon will send you a 500 promo credit offer to come back, so you can have t mobile pay off your four iphone 16 pros and then leave after one month and go back to verizon and take their 500 promo credit for returning.

Edit: This is all 100% factual info too. If i knew how to upload photos on here I would upload a picture of the 4 x $800 virtual gift-cards i just received today.

Nobody on this planet would be able to figure out the actual out of pocket costs and monthly costs on this

Watch out. Make sure you port-in all lines at once and do so at beginning of a month. Verizon charges for full month even if you port-in on 30th day of month.

Can someone help to understand if this is a good deal? I actually need only 3 lines and we need phones. I need to portion from mvno hoping that is allowed. I don't like 3 years contract but I guess there is no escaping this. Thanks.
You can escape it by going with T-Mobile's offer. That's only 24 months, same price.

I broke it down two pages back.

Is the 300 gift card still active? I don't see it popping up.
I don't get it either. Are they still waving activation fee? Did you get the deal? Did you get the $300 offer?

I just switched. Came out to be $130 for 4 lines. I live in bay area where tax is ~9.6%.

T-Mobile was $162/month for an old legacy plan. Service was spotty in some areas that we go to so we decided to switch. We were all on iPhone 13's too so it is a nice upgrade.
I'm also in bay area. Hasnt looked into postpaid plans for years. Are you saying the $100/mon 4-lines plan here, the bill comes out with additional per month ~$30 tax+fees?
The tax is not the sales tax on the new phones as I think you paid all sales tax upfront at checkout.
Those are the gov/regulation etc taxes, correct?

Thanks.

This will depend on your state. From my understanding CA will charge you the full tax on most discounted devices. My state, UT, will not.

Then I don't get my $200 offer from capital one which would wash off taxes.

I moved from Tmobile (after being with for 10yrs+) to Verizon on this same offer in Jan 2025. I regret my decision every single day and now waiting to move back to Tmobile on a good promotion.

Tmobile one final bill (including all taxes, etc in the same thing).
Verizon adds god knows how many fees to each line
You still only pay one bill..... Just because T-Mobile says your total bill is X and doesn't itemize it, doesn't mean you aren't still paying the fees and taxes on each line.

Hey guys I had a couple of questions. Is this a three-year contract and what happens if we wanted to upgrade our phones before the three year is up and also can we pay extra to get the pro max or is it just the pro or the plus and this deal is still valid correct? Id appreciate any help.

What's the promo code, as I don't see notifications, so I may have to apply manually
Did you ever figure this out? They sent me a link telling me to fill out the promo code and order date to get it. I don't have a promo code

Yeah, I'm interested in the extended Reddit version of this response.
