Only disappointing part is the foam cannon addon. Worthless. Will need to buy a third party attachment if you're wanting to use this for foam.

I had an issue with an electric washer where the pump motor was faulty (it stopped working in the middle of my first use), after customer service tried to help me troubleshoot it over the phone, and it didn't work, they shipped a replacement unit (still on the way). The only issue this time was that I waited 30-35 minutes on the phone before my call got through, but once I got through, it was quick and efficient.
