Worth more versus the 69.99 one? My 4100 is close to dying not sure if it's worth shelling it or for this
No. I had purchased diamond cleans for everyone in my family plus extras bc of professional discount. All of them died after about a year. Yes they are pretty and the travel case is cool, but not worth the price hike

All of them died? My diamond clean has been going on strong for 6 years already.
Frankly - I have these and the wireless recharging is annoying as hell.
I'd much rather have a USB-C that I have to connect every month or two. Would simply everything about this product, from the expensive charger, glass that sits atop - and proprietary travel charger case.
The glass itself gets super gross over time - and the wireless charging generates heat that cooks the toothpaste spittle that collects at the bottom of the glass.

Is there any toothbrush with that kind of battery life or direct USB C charging?

We had both of ours fail just out of warranty (better with Costco here - warranty term means little), but they required opening them up (plastic cracked a little when trying to carefully pry them open from the bottom) to readjust and re-torque some screws. Been good since, although less water-resistant now.
For the price, and the fact that almost no additional cost could be put into them to make the things many times more reliable, I don't think these are a good value.
Costco with their return policy though - if these fail 6-months out of warranty, I'd take them straight back.
