I was giving this to my Westie and it did absolutely nothing for him. I can only comment on my experience. He did like the taste 😂

lol. I give my older dog fish oil every now and then to help with his coat and skin, since he has terrible allergies. I think it helps a bit. Just not sure if this supposedly higher quality product will be any better.

$9 for 30ct snack with snake oil that your dog may or may not eat. Just give human benedryl to your dog.this def smells like sponsored post. minimum TU and comment and somehow made to FP. Nothing great about prices either.

My vet told me Benadryl is fine for dogs. 1mg per pound. My dog is 44 pounds and I give him two.

Every dog is different, but my Black Lab has had chronic itchiness, rashes, shedding for most of her 8yrs life. Sometimes, I would just have her in the cone-of-shame for weeks at a time, so her rashes and scratches could heal or patches of hair can grow back.

I began using the Allergy Chews about 6 months ago and there has been a noticeable difference regarding her itchiness. She's no longer in the cone-of-shame and about 70% better. She still has a few itch/rash flair ups but they don't last as long as they used to.
Should be noted that the loading time, first time taking the chews, is high. I was giving her almost 5 chews a day, depleting the bag relatively fast, however after the loading phase was done she's now taking 3 chews a day.

Odd that an allergy treatment would use chicken which has become increasingly common as an allergen in dogs. It also remains the primary ingredient in most dog foods. I solved my late dogs skin allergies by switching to a venison and beef food, as well as making sure treats didn't contain any chicken.

Snake oil like most supplements. Don't waste your money unless you're into expensive dog urine.

Just be aware that any fish oil as a supplement is used to increase Omega-3 fatty acid content of the diet. This company doesn't even bother listing the actual Omega-3 fatty acid content of this product from what I can see on this listing, so it is likely relatively low. The rest of the oil (outside of the EPA and DHA Omega-3s) in any of these fish oil supplements might as well be olive oil. You would be better off looking for a concentrated or "triple-strength" fish oil supplement that actually lists Omega-3 content.

Can't say, but you should be aware that like other supplements this stuff is completely unregulated and unverified
