YMMV deal to get two more lamps for the price of 1 at 49.99 (might be a glitch but it worked for me and I received my order already). Seems to only work if you start with a deal like this where you get a free lamp automatically added to the cart. After that, go to the lamp page https://www.eufy.com/products/t8l...8341793978 and add one for 49.99. Then go back to the lamp page again and add one more lamp. This time when you go to the cart you'll see 2 free lamps, 1 lamp for 49.99, and the doorbell for 119.98. Doesn't seem to work if you add them from the cart by increasing quantity (+), so make sure you go back to the lamp page to add them.

got tracking info for doorbell, 1x lamp, and 1x lamp. but missing 1 lamp.. an email states all items have shipped and theres a separate shipment that shows 2x lamp in addition to the other 3, but shows not shipped...

Check and make sure that they didn't put the tracking for one of the lamps together with another lamp.

The order summary page for me does show that one lamp is still waiting to be shipped, but if you look at the tracking for the other lamps, I can see that one of the lamps has 2 tracking.

The eufy track your order page does show that 4 packages were sent my way with all 4 being unique tracking numbers.

I'm still waiting on the doorbell, though. it was supposed to be delivered last Friday, but hopefully, it actually gets delivered today.

My order summary didn't show that two of my lamps had yet shipped, but all three of my lamps arrived today from an Amazon courier. My doorbell is coming USPS and is on the way.

Received my 3 floor lamps today. One is broken at the base but the other two are fine. The door cam was out for delivery on the 21st but was returned to sender for a rejected delivery. Was not refused by me and a delivery attempt was never made. Customer support has been slow and unhelpful so far.

I checked my three lamps and the bases all looked okay... for those who had broken ones, what part was broken? Was it cracked, or in multiple pieces?

Whatever anchors the pole was broken so it just flops around side to side. The package was undamaged. So either it's defective or they are sending out returned stock from Amazon.

Their customer support is terrible. They want me to pay for return shipping and they also keep staying my doorcam will be delivered soon even though the tracking says returned to sender.

I'm going to return it all if they don't resolve these issues in the next email.

Got delivery of all the items. The shipping from Amazon logistics was correct, the eufy tracking was wrong

I was also unlucky to get a lamp with a broken base where the pole piece sticking out from the base is not securely attached. It seems some part of the black metal or plastic of the pole inside the base has broken off.

I'll see how their customer service handles this, but for those of you who also receive defective lamps, please share your experience.

I contacted them @ [email protected]. Asked me to send them pics showing the defect. They emailed a prepaid return label and stated that a replacement will be provided after the inspection.
