That's a very nice system base don specs for the price with a screen that punches way above this price class. Wish it was a 3060 class I would be all in on it for my cousin. May still, need to investigate it more. Thanks Dr. W.

There are two of these in greater Los Angeles in good condition - Downey and Corona? Sadly, I had my location as LA and was briefly excited.

Got one in excellent condition. I need to mention that I made the choice based on the fact that the ram is 16gb on board and 8 so-dimm thinking upgrading the so-dimm to 16gb would be a good idea. But after purchasing I read the reviews and found out that it's the other way around. 8gb on board and 16gb so-dimm. Please fix the title. Nevertheless it's a great deal. Thanks op.

Considering prices are similar, what's better for general use (MS Office ,photoshop, illustrator, light gaming, and LOTS of open chrome tabs )

This or the other open box:

Assuming you still have the option for this ASUS they aren't even comparable imo. The ASUS has an actual GPU, a much better processor, a MUCH brighter/higher quality screen, higher build quality (Believe both bottom and top of the ASUS are all metal construction). Oh and there is an open Sodimm sloot in this ASUS book instead of soldered ram like the Dell which means you could eventually upgrade this as high as 40-50GBs of ram.
