I've measured it against known good ones. They are accurate. I mean it's just measuring your blood oxygen.

I can't attest to this particular device, but over the years I have seen dozens and dozens of different models and they all seem to be quite accurate. Same goes for home BP cuffs except for I advise against the type that takes pressures on the wrist.
