I have done these promotions for years with all the various cards they have offered them on, Amex, Discover, Citibank etc. At least 50 offers redeemed and sometimes I don't use them all. I've noticed after I redeemed the promotions on my account I have never had one go away until the redemption period end date which makes me think that once you redeem it and it attached to your account you are good, but I'd be curious if anyone has had their offer go away before the expiration date after it was redeemed on an account.
