Beelink is the more trusted brand out of the 4-5. The config seems like warm for the price only because it's all at the tail end of the cycle. But if you are looking for this config as a long term config, I guess it's acceptable.

It's one of the better ones and there's no known history of malware or spyware on their windows installations. However, I think you should always just do a clean install of windows on these kinds of PCs. Honestly, I'd recommend it for all computers in general. It's very easy. Sometimes you run into driver difficulties, but I don't think it's that big of a deal.
