Can't speak to this exact model, but my One S5 Pro 2 has worked really well on our laminate flooring. I was afraid of there being too much water and damaging it, but that hasn't been the case.

Bought one. It cleans tile and laminate well and is fun to use. Battery lasts the entire time to clean all rooms.

But the post cleanup of the machine is pretty gross and takes a lot of time at the end. I've returned to using my cordless vacuum and Ocedar spin mop because of it.

To make cleanup less gross, I was vacuuming first, then using this to "mop". I can't imagine doing both with it and the mess the tank will contain.

There's no product I recommend more.

Bought it at full price ($350) for my parent's house in like 2021. Works great.
Bought from this exact eBay Referb a few months ago for ~$100. Works great.

The $350 is a tougher option to swallow, but at definitely worth it at $100.

I did notice that the referb one does not have the voice instructions like the original one did, but they weren't particularly useful.

For cleaning the machine, I just dump the water in the grass and hose the dirty water tank down. It is a bit gross tho.

Thanks for convincing me to buy my first powered mop (I've been manually mopping my whole life).

I bought the ifloor 3 a few months ago. Our LVP floors have never been cleaner. We use it daily and it's super satisfying how much it cleans. We have a 1 year old and I can attack whatever rice yogurt corn disaster he leaves on the floor with no problem. It handles dust and dog hair very well. There are probably better ones that are easier to clean but I'm super happy with this at the price point. Occasionally I'll fill up the dirty tank and need to empty while cleaning, but I've yet to kill the battery on our 2000 sf first floor.

I can't recommend one of these enough. This one looks higher tech.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank jfreemansd

I recommend paying a little extra and getting the s6 stretch model (or a similar model ) that Has "heated drying". saves additional steps in the post mop cleanup. Seems trivial but taking the cover off, taking out wet roller, swapping it with a dry roller several times got annoying.

This way you're only putting it in the dock, running cleaning cycle then dumping the dirty water tank. The S6 stretch also has a few upgrades in the water tank chamber to separate dry debris and hair, as well as allows you to mop under tables/furniture with the relocated clean water tank.

Pro tip* put it in your cart and or add it to tour watchlist. They'll likely send you a discounted lower offer within 48 hours. Just bought one a few weeks ago for $192 after tax and whatever coupon eBay was having at the time.

Curious, the S7 Pro is around $90 more. Given this is an S3, am I thinking about this correctly that it is a better investment to go with the S7 vs S3? What are the differences?

Im a dad, have my wife and three daughters, plus a dog and cat. So I have a lot of hair, and a lot of messes (kids are young). I have the S5, but yeah, cleaning it is a pain. But, the worst part is finding good replacement brush. I have ordered from Amazon and directly from Tineco, and both seem to be a little too thick. And it doesnt do a great job with hair.

That being said, I have tile that gets dirty really easily, plus young kids leave food everywhere, so I use this thing a lot and would definitely recommend it.

Oh, hey, maybe your refurbished S3 will have been mine originally!

I can't speak for any other models, but this one both works well and sucks ass. The biggest issue? If you let it run down too far, the charger will only work for about 30 seconds and you have to unplug it and plug it back in ~20 times to get enough percentage to charge the rest of the way. Usually, this happens in single-digit percentages, though it recently happened at 64%. I keep mine plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch for this reason. I returned the first one because of this issue. When it happened again, I went online and discovered the unplugging solution.

The little voice always has something to complain about. Usually, it's not satisfied with how you cleaned the brush roller, which, it insists needs cleaned far too frequently. If I had to guess, there is a sensor that near-immediately gets blocked by dog hair.

It leaves a wet spot wherever you turn it off. More often than not, a dirty wet spot.

Forget about getting within 2 inches of any wall or in any tight space.

As the other poster mentioned, post-cleanup is gross and time consuming. Like them, I vacuum first.

Otherwise, it's fine. Probably even pretty good. It's not going to handle any stubborn spot (unless it's something that becomes easy to clean once wet like pasta sauce or something). Leaves the floor pretty not-wet. Great for liquid messes. Lightweight. Much more tolerable when muted.

Unrelated: I like how the product details highlight the clean water tank and dirty water tank are separate tanks. Are there wet mops out there that use the same tank for dirty and clean water? I guess that's what you do when using a bucket and mop, but still, gross.

I found with the S6 stretch on slippery surfaces such as tile hairs, lint doesn't always get picked up and requires a few passes. Hardwood floor no problem and is fantastic.
While the bin has a basic waffle-like plastic filter to separate hairs/lint from the water, it does an ok job.

PSA: Batteries have a finite amount of charge cycles before they stop holding a decent charge.

You couldn't pay me to own one of these. This brand is all about making ewaste due to their non-replaceable batteries. It's pretty irresponsible and unsustainable.
