Seems a little sketchy if they aren't even consistent on the specs. it's cheap for what it claims...ymmv on actual value/quality

118w/120w is margin of error and soooo many companies just round up. not defending this particular device, just 118w is essentially 120w and that wouldn't be something I would even consider worrying about.

In the body of the description it says 70W many times. There's no info on the output voltage or amps, so no way to tell what you'll get.
