I am seeing the same info, however it is unverifiable either in my acct or when looking at a video to rent or buy. When I've had credits in the past, the video credit amount displays as a reduced price when attempting to rent or buy. Personally I'm not sure Amazon even knows this "credit" is available and I'm not willing to spend an endless amt of time inquiring with an Amazon customer service rep. Thanks OP for posting but who knows what it really is.

The thing about Amazon on the web, is that their back end code, (the part that controls the web site), works much better than the front end, (the part that controls what you see). So long as you see a Prime Video credit balance on the video page (using web browser, only) - click "More purchase options" - "Redeem a gift card or promotion code", you will get the credit applied even if it doesn't show it being applied during purchase. After purchase check "Digital Orders" tab on orders page and it should show the discount applied. In any case, if it doesn't work, you can always use the return purchase link on the video page before you watch it (web browser, only) or contact customer service (via chat, ONLY!). Don't waste that credit!

Thank you erg112. I tried the process and nothing was there. For me, that is. But I appreciate you taking the time to post another avenue to check. I copied your advise for future reference as free is free and you never know when it'll come in handy.
