There's a lot of news articles about how this tv was a secret release. 60Hz but local dimming and mini led for about $20 cheaper than a Hisense

Is this the best price for a full array dimming 65"+ 4k at $500+tax? I'd love OLED, but I can't see spending so much.

Also, I'm good with 60hz, as I'm not a gamer and can't see it making much difference on a movie.

That's what I'm trying to decide. Costco has a 144Hz one but I'm not gaming either. My local store has a Hisense U6N too for the same price. Think I'm about to buy the bullet on this one

The 50" is $350 as well. I picked up the 50" and it came the next day, but it's a bit small so I'm returning it for the 55" which comes tomorrow. Initial testing it's a pretty nice TV, very bright which is what I needed and it supports dolby vision.

I think a lot of people don't realize that 120Hz makes a difference for movie watching as well as movies are typically filmed at 24fps. It is noticeable when you see movies displayed properly and it's hard to go back to 60Hz after. I also don't expect 120Hz at this price, though. I just want people to be aware that just because they don't game that a native 120Hz panel still will make a difference in your every day viewing. Not trying to crap on this deal which does seem solid regardless of the 60Hz panel.

Well most streaming platforms don't go over 60Hz nor do many have the wifi to support it. Now for blu ray players yes.
