As a manufacturer, 15 is probably the best you will get as the cost to manufacture these is about 4-5 bucks per, factor in logistics, i don't see much more margin at 15.

eventually the more people who go this direction will influence the market,, but till then, all these brands will try to sell you the cheapest thing that can create which seems to always be higher % in plastics
