Never buy from kohls. It says one year warranty. I bought the chair , but I have issues within one year. I contacted the manufacturer. They said they have nothing to deal with kohl's.

I contacted kohls via facebook: " I bought a Patio Lounge Chair July 27, 2023. And I have issue with the chair. A screw was loose and cannot tightened it. I contacted kohls customer via chat. They told me contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer but the manufacturer said they have no connection with kohls. But in the product description showed the chair has Manufacturer's 1-year limited warrant. I chatted with kohls customer service again. They said they can take return but I have to pay the return shipping fee and they refund 80% my payment. They cannot help me any more. I refused. Looks like to me Manufacturer's 1-year limited warrant in the kohls product description is false and mislead their customer. The customer should not pay for the lose. I asked if the floor manager to transfer to his supervisor. He said he has not this option. He suggested I call another phone number:855-564-5705. I checked that is other toll free kohls customer number. I don't believe it is useful to call that number. They just kick me around without solving kohls company issue. Any one has the same issue with kohls? I am so disappointed and will never shop at kohls again."

Unfortunately, we do not have do not have any other options then what was provided . I do apologize for any disappointment this has caused.

I reviewed the list, and Kohl's still indicates that there is a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty.
Please see the email from the manufacturer for reference when I contacted [email protected].

"We are sonoma outfitters and have nothing to do with kohl's, no connection to them"

And the kohl's representative over chat told me to contact " 707-528-1920" '[email protected]
" for manufacturer warranty.

These are comfortable while they last. Extreme temps will cause the elastic to deteriorate, at least the lower end ones like these. You can't really leave them poolside all summer as shown in the photos.

These last about 1 season if kept outdoors. Not a high quality product at all. They will rust, lose their elasticity, develop tears, hardware loosens & not fixable, etc. Just know that going into it.
