In my experience, even if you have a general "months free" with no exclusions, they refuse to apply it to existing (or past) subscribers.

Wondering if I wouldn't get this offer triggered cuz I already have a couple free trials I did with my Apple account. I noticed that after buying my wife's phone recently that AppleTV+ wasn't offered. It seems like they limit the number of trials an account can get?

There is usually a time out period. But I think it's not more than 90 days based on my rotation of various emails and Best Buy free 3 month codes.

It seems the Best Buy and other codes are now defunct. Have you found that to be the case? Let me know if you have any options that still work

I just applied a bb code about a month ago on account that hadn't been active since December. I rotate between four apple id email accounts with the bb coupons and coupons from Apple purchases. I don't think I've paid for more than 3-4 months since the start of the pandemic

DP: $10 is the min amount for GC purchases on Apple.com

Ordered, waited 10min for the GC to arrive and applied to my account.

Got the pop up for 2mo free as well after confirming.

Same here but the BB codes stopped being offered. I'll check again to see if they are back!

its been 6-9 months since ANY code as worked on my primary account. always get the error, that i have used 5 million codes over the years, and no more. But i sent myself a $10 GC, applied it, the promo came up, and it applied! worked great! thanks op!

Correct I cancelled Apple Music for a Spotify offer and a month later got 3 months for 10.99…but I bet after the time you said it would probably be free for x amount of months.

Cool, I bought $10 GC from apple. Loaded it to account via the emailed link via itunes on PC. No popup of course, BUT email came in shortly after loading it to account stating GC includes content bonus. 2 months free! Excellent!

Does it say when the GC expires? I'm currently on a 3 month free trial from purchasing an iPhone so I'd have to wait before using it.
