Just spend $20 more and get the hyper tough if you are thinking of going for this ratchet.

Hyper tough has variable speed unlike what I'm reading in the reviews on this Amazon one

Hyper tough will get you easier access to replace batteries too. So 3 years down the road (if even that long) you won't be left with a dud of a tool because of no battery option.

Honestly for the price it's not bad. You're not using it to break anything loose, just turn bolts quickly on tight spots. If I didn't have my Milwaukee I would get this.

$20 more is almost twice as much though. I see where variable speed could be useful in an engine bay but most of us are just trying to speed things up by not wrenching or ratcheting in tight spaces.

As for batteries, I'd assume it has 3x 18650 batteries in each pack so replacing it with quality cells shouldn't be too difficult and it'll probably give you 10 more years with replaced cells if the motor doesn't crap out in that time.

What a coincidence, my great uncle used to live in Tarlido Orhio.
