Yeah people just don't read anymore.
I think the best deal is P1S combo at $699 and A1C at $479.
From my experience with many printers, Bedslingers are proven to be reliable...but enclosed printers are so nice with it being able to stack the ams on top.

I really hate Bambu Lab printers and everything about the company. They are terrible and have the worst customer support in the world.

Which three printer do you prefer?

I've had my X1 carbon for a couple years. It just works. No fiddling around, worrying if my print will come out okay. The extra cost was worth the headache for me.

I've had mine and while it was a decent upgrade from my ender 3 v2, it's been giving me a bunch of issues lately. Clogs, filament jams in AMS, etc.. the support is pretty laughable. I contacted them because the tool head was detached on arrival and it wouldn't print. They took almost a week and a half to get back to my support ticket. Ended up fixing with the help of YouTube. Plus company has done some shady things lately like trying to insert themselves between your printer and you. Can't recommend even with their new "lan mode", until they back off and revert all the local printing lockdowns. Read up on it before you buy.

the fear of a wall garden is 100% justified. I have never wanted to be a part of the ecosystem that I can't do what I want to do is a technical person. however I've been beaten to submission by other 3D printers to the point that that bambu hide that someone calls it is not that to me. it is real. I have seen it blow My and others minds over and over again. all of us who came from other printers and who once thought that 3D printing fun was the tinkering and learning and buying all these little parts and trying this and doing that to make it work... no 3D printing is not about tinkering, it is about printing. my PS1 combo is remarkable. I have seen A1 mini time and time over again beat out every other printer. I was going to buy the centurion carbon, and I just still might. but there was a real fear that I get something that's good yet still inferior there's something coming down the line. I just don't have the time for that anymore. and I'm getting that waving in tech world. I just do not have the time to deal with something that doesn't work. my time is actually more valuable doing other things. so now I am tinkering less I guess I'm just getting old.. but it's legit. I don't need those frustration going to the office. I've moved on and I want to buy an airplane one day. so I don't need to be tinkering around with 3D printer. bamboo is the standard and that's that. anyone on the fence, just get it and enjoy it. all these other ones, they come with caveats and you need to have more time and skill and if you don't want to deal with that.. just get the bamboo and keep moving. I hate to say it. that's like people saying just get a iPhone or some other dumb down Apple product where they do everything for you.

So what's the difference between between a1 and p1p? Never had a 3d printer but would like to get into it. Thoughts on which one? I did see the other deal for the flash forge a5 I think but people kept saying Bambulabs one is way to go for ease of use.

You hear a lot of people here say, bambu just works, but so does all the other new printers like Elegoo CC, Anycubics S1, K3, FF AD5M, etc

Unfortunately, all 3d printers have these issues so I value support more than any.
I just had a bad jam with glow in the dark filament on my Anycubic S1 and in the process of clearing the extruder and hotend, it must have caused printhead circuit damage. Contacted them, within 8hours they are shipping a new hotend, new printhead circuitboard, new printhead power cable.

Out of all the printers, I think Elegoo CC is the most tolerant in terms of clogs and jams but they are all clones of one another (or bambu i should say), so I would go with a company with transparency and better support.

I wanted to buy a 3d printer but not in a hurry. Is this the best deal ever or will there be better deals in next 1 year?

Well if you are specifically looking for a Bambu Labs machine, you should just buy now with this deal. This is an annual sale they do every year but outside of this sale there really isnt any other time they discount their machines, besides Black Friday. So if you want Bambu in the next 12 months this will be the cheapest until November, then you are probably looking at waiting until this sale again in 2026 for a similar price discount.

If you are open to other printers then this is not the 'best deal ever'. I think I would reserve that for something like Flashforge AD5 which can be had for $225 brand new on ebay pretty routinely. But all printers are pretty much getting cheaper all the time right now. It is a race to the bottom so generally if you wait longer you will get a better product at a lower price.

Yeah I agree.
FF AD5M can actually be had for $190(on Aliexpress after coupon)
Anycubic Kobra 3 is also on sale for around $190 (on aliexpress, or $199 from anycubic.com)
FF AD5M has a smaller build volume (220x220x220mm) vs (256x256x260mm after firmware update in Q3, from 250mm) of K3, but AD5X is coreXY which is better for tall object printing.
Both are workhorse printers, and you wont have any major problem for thousands of hours before a simple maintenance.

EDIT: Just checked Aliexpress and you can get Kobra 3 Combo (4 color ACE unit) + 5 KG of filaments ($50 worth) for $280 after $70 off $350
This is probably the sickest deal in 3d printing i've seen in years. I already own 2 Kobra 3 combo but may buy another 2.

I just got the A1 combo in and I'm starting to regret not potentially going with the P1S.

I'm brand new to 3D printing and don't know what materials I'll need to use in the future. Is it worth me paying return shipping and ordering the P1S or am I overthinking this and the A1 will be just fine for me

What recent printers have you used from other brands? I didn't think BL is the only "just works" printer anymore.

Dont you think you should use the A1 for a while first . It may just do everything you wanted it to do. You also might not use it as much as you thought you would.

Yeah that is crazy good. The ACE is amazing and worth 280 alone. I literally bought another combo just to get a second ACE because the ACE itself was like $275 and the combo was like 325 so it was a no brainer to get what amounted to a free printer.
