For some reason I've never been able to sit like a normal human being at a computer, my legs hurt after a little while. So I tend to do all those things as well as perch like some kind of retarded bird.
I've never heard of this style of chair, and now I'm looking into buying one like this. I'm just not keen on getting something that is going to break after a year or two of use.

Go for it! Mine is a year and a half old and it held up better than my other cheap chairs. I bought it from the 'warm ay' shop on TikTok. Bought the brown imitation leather and got tons of compliments.
