I found this 7 X 10.5 Rubbermaid resin shed at a Lowes store, but they were sold out. I went to two other Lowes, but the clearance price was $1200.00. I stopped at the Lowes 2 minutes from my house, and they had one last one priced at $639.57 so I bought it.

Might not be easy to replicate but that is part of the thrill of the hunt, right?

Good luck to anyone looking for a shed.

Why did you go to the Lowes that was closest to your house last?

I saw a bunch of sheds on sale at Lowe's today. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a smaller shed

When I Google vinyl sheds, this shed comes up for this price from Lowes, but when I click the link it shows out of stock @1599. I also get a result for an 8x10 at BJs for 699 which isn't bad either.

As an owner of a resin 7'x7' shed, I would NOT recommend buying them.

I am in the North East with 4 seasons and my shed was under a tree so no direct sunlight. The major flaw of the shed is that the front corner panels (that secure the doors) will break. The way the panels are designed is it's bent resin, and over time the resin will crack and won't hold correctly. This will lead to leaks inside.

I've had this for about 6 years and paid about $500. I would rather purchase those kit sheds made out of 2x3's as they hold up a lot longer (granted with proper maintenance like exterior paint and roofing).

No deal for the Atlanta market. Stopped by a couple stores, but told the same: If any sheds on the lot (prefab wooden models), they are display only and all of the sheds are special order only- none kept in stock. The Atlanta warehouse supply shows none available.

BJs Club shows the Lifetime brand of this size for 699$ with only shipping available.

None available in my area of the SF Bay Area, that would have been a great fine and price. I have had my smaller Keter shed for over 20 years and it's still holding up well, now looking for a larger one for bicycles.

I'm Northeast also and mine has been up about five years now with no problems so far. It is shaded as well.

I like wood myself but where I am at it is debatable. I'm in a shaded, wooded area and it is damp all the time. Wood shed that was on the property in fairly decent shape is about history in those same five years.

I despise T-111 siding. If you do not have a good overhang at the eaves and rakes and most sheds do not, it does not last long. Maybe yearly painting would solve it but I have bigger projects around the place taking priority. The siding has rotted in many areas while still having paint on it. Only way I would do wood again is with cement board siding but that is costly.

Not a big fan of plastic but it is a little more of a toss- up where i am living. I debated getting two more of these and getting rid of the bigger wood shed with overhead space but think I have to go wood again for the space but not thrilled with the idea.
