Just used this camping last week, paired with a good size power station, and it worked great. Game changer for not needing ice and having everything soggy in a cooler.
I got the 30qt in the subtrunk of my Y, it lifts the trunk mat just a tad but hardly noticeable. The 23qt fits without lifting the trunk mat but I found it was too small. New Tesla firmware update lets you keep accessories on without having to use camp mode so now I leave it on 24/7. Works great, I use it often.

Bought this for a 2 week cross-country trip. Worked a treat. Kept drinks and sandwiches chilled. Ran well off of 12-volt power in the vehicle or off of a power station. I also use it when we pool party at the neighbors to keep beer cold without the hassle of ice.

Wish there was a code for 30qt version
The code did not work in the cart but it did if you apply it after going to checkout

For those using this for camping how much food/drink would you typically practically store and usually for how many days at a time? Say for a family of four (two adults and two late elementary kids) and for anywhere from 3-5 days at a time - 23qt a little too small?

How do you turn off the worry free purchase at checkout? I've taken it out of my cart and it keeps popping back up. So frustrating.

Funny how the picture for the 23-quart shows 20 bottles filling the cooler and the picture for the 30-quart shows 16 bottles filling it up.

23 qt can barely store 1 can of coke for each person/day for 5 days.

23 quart is small, more of a picnic cooler or roadtrip cooler.

I have a 30quart same footprint but taller. It works well for 2 of us camping for 3 days. But we sometimes take a 16quart lunchbox cooler with ice for our drinks.. as we finish the food in the fridge,we move drinks from the cooler to the fridge.

Does anyone know if this cooler will fit in a Tesla Model Y subtrunk?
It depends on if you have the 5 or 7 seat, but yes, it'll fit into the Model Y sub trunk.

I've got the bigger model - their "VIP PRO 30" (linked here: https://www.amazon.com/BougeRV-Re...B0BYYMFNNY ) and it fits PERFECTLY in the sub trunk in my 7-seat Model Y. With it under there, it holds the trunk floor about 3/4" higher than normal - which is perfect, as it allowed for airflow in and out. Otherwise, if sealed under the sub trunk and the trunk floor down tight, it would be liable to overheat.

I've been quite happy with it - the 30 quart is about 3 inches taller, making it easily fit gallons of milk or water, (most) bottles of wine, freezer pizzas, etc.

I just bought the Ecoflow River 3 plus from costco. And it shows this fridge will last over 6 hours when running but once it's at the correct temp it turns off. So the river 3+ should last a really really long time with this fridge
I bought this one last time around. I find that in eco mode it uses about 32 watts when "normally" filled. If your Ecoflow is 286Wh like Google is telling me, you should get around 9 hours if you're starting out with everything already cold.

It all depends on how and what your family likes to eat. Without question this is a fairly small cooler, but it might be plenty if you're planning it out properly.

As an example, it feels quite small when I use it for packaged groceries, things like cartons of eggs, ice cream, dairy, stuff like that. A gallon jug of milk can't sit upright in it.

On the flip side, after carefully portioning and bagging everything, I was able to fit around 12 lbs of ground beef, a couple pounds of bacon, about 50 bratwurst, a few pounds of cheese, and about 50 eggs worth of egg, pre beaten and poured into plastic bottles. Paired with a bunch of non-refrigerated items (bread, tortillas, fresh vegetables and fruit, canned stuff, chips) 6 people ate very well for a week.

For the trip we are going on next week i am doing something similar but precooking and freezing our meals in gallon ziplocs. Our site has an electric hookup so i plan to reheat everything in the instant pot. But if we camp in the future we wont always have electric hookups to do stuff like this either

The $14 code worked for the 30 qt. How to get it to take the NEW4 code for the extra 4% off?
