S9 FE on the other hand is reported to be somewhat faster than the A9+ with SD 695 but not anywhere close to this.

The price is about the price you can pick it up on facebookmarketplace so obviously this is a GOOD DEAL.
I like the size, not to big. (but my favorite size is sub 9").
The bad...
Samsung has a lot of bloatware... DEX and bixley. I get bothered often by Samsung's OS pop ups etc..
Updates have slowed to quarterly instead of monthly. And Samsung's M. O. is to give less frequent updates on their older models.
I think it has 2.5 years of updates left. The Galaxy Tab S9, released in 2023, is currently expected to receive software updates until 2028, with the last major update anticipated in 2027. BUT I beleive Sammy stated they will support selected Samsung devices for up to 7 years, including the Tab S9. So there is controversy on this, you would think Samsung would update their information regarding updates but it says end of 2027.
Lastly, there are alot of cases for this tablet. I always use a foam case for MAX protection. And I also use a glass screen saver.
I got this tablet to use as a second screen for my Windows PC and it works pretty good with some quirks.

That said, this is a solid tablet and a huge improvement in screen quality over the older S6 I had and it's not laggy whatsoever. I hope Samsung releases another 11" tablet with OLED in the next S11 series, but for now this is Samsung S9 still has one of the best screens in this size and at the price point.
I have the s7 and love it for doodling/drawing. I would assume this one would be at least as good fwiw
But It's the same note taking experience.

Ditto- still smooth/fast. Just wish I could have the amoled these have tho. Also still cranky Samsung never made a regular S10 tab. Other sizes are simply too big imho.
Redimagic just released a 9" OLED with SD 8 Elite CPU and MAD SPECS. Only thing missing is a SD slot. It is considered the fastest tablet in the world today.
Now the Tab S9 OLED does 650NITS the Redimagic does 1,100Nits (and may peak at 1600 nits).
I can't dump $700 on this now, but I will in August. This is the tablet that has me the most excited.
If you are like me and like a small form factor... this is the tablet to get.
And Dex has nothing to do with using your Samsung as a second screen (there should be no bloatware with that).
After using a chinese tablet that is PURE ANDOID 14 OS with zero bloatware... I find I like the simple pure OS much more then Samsung's bloated OS. I think it is the samsung pop ups that bother me the most... and this has happened after updates sometimes. I don't need or want advertisement by samsung.
I did this a month ago. Got 29% with C1. Total was about $325 out the door
