S9 FE on the other hand is reported to be somewhat faster than the A9+ with SD 695 but not anywhere close to this.

Even the developer of Android, AKA GOOGLE, does not do this much bloat but you think this is NORMAL????
If I scrutinize every Samsung addon... I think I would need to write at least a 100 page book. Just don't say this is normal!!!!
AND don't say that those apps don't really affect your performance anyways... CAUSE IT DOES!!!! You may not notice any slow down with the Tab S9 because it has decent specs BUT you can notice it in a BIG WAY with the Tab A9+, even though most people would be in denial and say it does not slow down their A9+.
I already said THIS TAB S9 IS A DEAL!!! And a good tablet and I have this tablet. In the USA we don't have many choices like Europe. But I also stated that MY favorite screen size is sub 9" and there are MUCH better tablets out there right now... but more money because of Trump's Tariffs.
To me the tablet to buy TODAY... without a doubt... is the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro. I prefer the screen size... 9" vs 11". And besides the screen Redmagic is better in every way. For example... Tab S9 has 650nits... RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro is 1100nits with 1600nts peak brightness. I will own this RedMagic tablet but I need to save some money before I buy it. I feel that with companies like RedMagic and many others... Samsung will finally get some good competition.
Besides, that tablet you recommend is twice the price of the one this thread is about.

Point is... I believe I know my stuff pretty damn good. And I just say it just as I mean it... and I will not apologize for that.
And if you think you can turn off Samsung's advertisements you are wrong, cause they tend to come back after updates.
BUT THE PRICE IS $499 FOR THE 256GB WITH 12GB OF RAM and comes with a 80Watt charger... that would be more money from Samsung if you got their fastest charger for their tablet.

It seems this model of Samsung (Tab S9) and RediMagic will offer similar updates.
Redimagic starts with Android 15 and will get Android 16.
And the CHIP is now called SD 8 Gen 3 (newest version)... which I have seen called SD 8 Gen 3 Elite.
But I feel, there is a chance that Redimagic will give you longer updates... but you can not count on it. My alldocube iplay 60 mini turbo just got June 2025 update to my suprise... the previous one was dated June 2024. And I have read that the Alldocube Iplay60 mini pro just got Android 15... these updates were never expected but much appreciated.
