Sadly micro-USB and not USB-C for charging

I bought this model a few years ago and my favorite headlight. Still going strong. Only complaint is it seems to take forever to charge. But last a decent while before charging again

Meh, just 1 meter "impact-resistance", I'm 1.8 meters in height, so it will fall from up high 😂 soft pass 😆

I got one of these a few years ago and love it for taking the dog out at night. ~10 minutes daily, and I maybe have to charge every few weeks at most? Very bright and a nice wide pattern.

I've been using this headlamp to walk my dogs for at least a year now. Every couple weeks I just plug it in overnight and it's ready to go for the next day. It's my go-to-light and would buy again if it died

I have one.
Great light. Only negative is no usb C but holds a charge for a long time so charing is not that bad.

Yes, the micro USB is not great. I have one for three years and use it all the time. I charge several 18650 on a charger before I go on a trip. Great light. Protective rubber seal on top of the USB port does not last long though.

Its the most practical cheap day to day light, smooth beam, no lens artifacts or blinding bright spots.

This has an 18650, significantly more power, more than double.

Yet the smaller battery in the Wurkkos outputs more lumens. If you are talking lumens the HD10 is more powerful.

Actually none of those are complicated. I'm far from big fan of complicated button presses. None of those lights run Anduril and have basic button controls just like the Energizer. The HS21 is the easiest headlamp I have ever tried..No button presses at all to change modes you just spin a rotary switch. The button only controls power and works just like the button on the Energizer. It also has a plastic keyed and stepped holder that is very easy to adjust yet secure. You are right some of the rubber ones can be a pain and take two hands to adjust but both the HS21 and H25 have plastic click style holder. The HS10 does have a rubber one but it is not particularly hard with it being such a tiny lightI hear you but you make in general generic complaints that do not apply to those particular lights.
Which ones have the longest lasting battery on mid or high setting?

It is bigger heavier and with less lumen output than the Wurkkos. BUT the 14500 will not give the runtimes that a 18650 light will have.

I switched to the Sofrin version with 14500 as I found 18650 single band headlights to get a bit irritating after a awhile and most times what I am using it for did not require extended runtimes.

That information is available at the links to them. It is definitely not going to be the small HS10 with the small battery

I daily carry the x1000 since buying it in 2022. I don't use the head strap that much but have clipped it to my backpack, shirt or jacket when I need light and my hands free. The rubber cover for the usb2 will eventually break but I never charge that way. I cracked open a old laptop battery with 18650 cells and rotate them with the included battery in my separate lithium charger.

This energizer has better battery life of 4 hours on high, the 3 you posted are only 2 hours.
