I read it and enjoyed it but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the slant that the authors have. The introduction is essentially the authors claiming the NHS is unsustainable and saying that "thinking like a freak" isn't always popular. This implies that there NHS being unsustainable is a forgone conclusion and doesn't present the reader with another perspective. Personal thoughts on universal healthcare aside, it seemed pretty hypocritical to start a book that way.
