I keep eying these because of their 'multipoint' support. For people out of the loop (like me) this allows you to connect to multiple devices at once - so if you forget to 'disconnect' from your tablet in the basement after working out - you don't have to go back down there the next day to reconnect it to your phone while you're trying to make breakfast.

After having a couple pairs of expensive apple buds fail and not be warrantied, I got a cheap pair of of s20i's and they have been bulletproof. Not a shill, just stating my experience.

Bought these on Prime Day last summer for 29.99.

Are they as good as my Airpod Pro 2's for ANC and overall sound quality? No.

Are they pretty damn close? Yes

At a $140 price difference, these are hard to beat. If you're not looking for top-of-the-line ANC, but really good ANC that will block out noise at the office, these are perfect.

Battery life is great, connection is reliable once connected, but can occasionally be slow to connect.

I mainly use them for listening, so can't really comment on call quality.

Much better than crappy AirPods with a great battery life
I think AirPods are overpriced, but they are definitely better than these.

I own the i20. Really like them as a backup to my 2nd generation Apple ear pods. I think the sound quality is better for music, but the apple is superior for calls and conferences calls. For conference calls, the i20 have silicone ear plugs and it bugs me out when I can't really hear myself speaking (if that makes sense). For phone calls, more background noise is evident and distracting to the person on the other end. Don't know if the i30 improved on these issues.
i20 lacks ANC right?

Yes, but I had the k20i when it was $15. Using them right now. They have outlasted any apple headphones I have had.

This is an objective opinion based on ownership of two--black and white-- of these.
They're probably the most underrated earbuds on the market. Not a big fan of Anker in general, but I stumbled upon these after searching, using, returning, buying, reselling tons of this stuff from Amazon. You can name any joe schmo brand, and I will be able to tell you how they were.
Coming back to these, they have probably the best bass/boom and fit in the ear combo for earbuds. If you're a gym goer (like me), you would not be disappointed if you turn on the ANC and listen at 40%, to hear everything else at the gym drown out. Fidelity of the sound is also on point, with the highs and lows exactly as expected. They're also great for regular listening. Battery has never been an issue either, whether it be for audio books or the like
I have the Beats Fit pro, and they used to be my favorite, but you cannot enjoy its spatial surround settings (when the music adjusts to your head tilt, making it seem the music is moving with you) unless you're on an Iphone. That's why my go-to is this P30i (I currently use Pixel 9 Pro), and I am not being facetious when I say that the P30i gives you almost the exact listening experience without the proprietary nonsense.
My most frustrating experience has been with the customer service, not necessarily with the earbuds themselves. You will be pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem among the hundreds of garbage being sold on Amazon.
Not everyone is a shill here on SD; some really do want to share and help.

Another "not a shill" comment. My wife, daughter and son all have Apple Airpod Pro 2's... and love them. I've always got by with over the head headphones, and then only graduated to bluetooth headphones about two years ago. My use is pretty much limited to listening to music while operating machinery. No phone use. No nothing else use.

As I couldn't take any more ridicule for wearing the headphones, almost two years ago I broke down and bought a pair of these Ankers. Yes, I have virtually given up using the headphones completely. I've compared my cheapo Anker P30i, side by side with my family's Apples, and while I do think the Apple product is a bit better, it is not significant nor measurable.

Would I buy another pair at $29? Yes, I just did. YMMV.

So many shill comments in this post.
I dislike Anker products, especially their power strips, and largely avoid them now because of that. Still, I lost a pair of expensive buds and don't want to replace them so I looked for a cheap pair and rtings.com lists the p20i as the best cheap buds. Take that for what it's worth but I respect their ratings so I picked these up as the $8 upgrade with ANC and they're pretty decent. Still not going to buy any new Anker power strips or cords though so I'd say I'm not a shill.

All the comments seem really myopic and polarizing so here's an attempt at unbiased feedback without shilling against airpods and trying to convince the thread the entire Anker brand is trash which is a completely asinine and discrediting way to start any review.

Took a minute and actually put the earphones in my ears because I am actually sometimes not a narcissist /thread, and yes the p30is because this isn't a review about first gen airpods...wow the relevancy.

And now I'm listening to them just giving you feedback, wow what a concept, not arguing with you about some random other brand no one asked about. They sound great, bright with good bass representation and build quality seems right on par for their price and seems to compete with higher profile brands like Pixel/Galaxy/Echo buds that pack in more tech features without a significance improvement in sound quality but those are all going to run you $50+ even on-sale so what are we saying? This a great price/value by about any margin unless you myopically believe there could truly be a "trash" difference between budget brands i.e. a budget brand so strong it makes Anker trash. I keep trying different brands to prove this point and I can never make it work, economical law always seems to prove out the true point which is competitive tech gets you maybe 15-20% better but that's not enough to "trash" a brand unless you think Skullcandy makes good tech (okay I trashed a brand).

Most random earbuds on Amazon struggle to get Anker value dollar for dollar, but I'm willing to bet some prefer similarly priced JBLs or Jlab or maybe they stay firmly in the higher tier, either way these sound similar to just about any headphone I've tried in the $50-$70 range. I would say that only my high end Sony's that cost $300+ create a clearly superior sound experience.

The rest its all give and take. Some have better bass and depth, some stronger ANC etc. Anyone that's done market sampling knows this about this product tier. Just like they know true audiophile tier has nothing to do with the people in here trying to convince you that they're budget tech is superior, that's as worthless and empty an endeavor as you'll ever find.

Happy brand shilling, just try a little honesty and people may listen.

These are quite regularly $29.99 nowadays, so the 43% off is a stretch. I've got a set of these in white that I leave at work. I only use them to listen to music and podcasts, so I can't speak to how well they work on calls. But for my use case, they sound great. They fit better than my AirPods Pro, and honestly at this price point I don't even bother putting them away at work. I can't say the same if I had my AirPods there. The app is a nice touch for some extras, but honestly they sound just fine if you want to just connect and go and not fiddle with the app. I also have some of the Soundcore Sport X20's that I love for the gym, mostly because they hook over my ear and are more secure for treadmill and biking. There are plenty of great sounding bluetooth buds out there at this price point, so use what you like. But the added features of these are a nice touch for 30 bucks.
