How well would a 4070 Ti do with this monitor? The resolution is basically two 1440p monitors put together right?

Yes, that's right. So, the resolution is almost 4k.

The 4070 ti can run most games at that resolution, but you'll need to reduce settings or use DLSS to get playable framerates on some of the more demanding games.
