I torture tested this model with identical specs on natural gas after breaking it in. Ran my 3 ton A/C with soft start, every ceiling fan inside and out (5 fans), washer, gas dryer, microwave, dishwasher, every light in the house inside and out (all LED so super low draw), vacuum, refrigerator, garage chest freezer, two 65" TVs, and probably a few other items I'm forgetting. Zero issues. It comes close to max power when everything is running and the A/C initially kicks in, but in reality I would never have all of that running at once. After that initial A/C jolt, it runs at around 60%-70% according to the onboard meter. Backing off running absolutely everything in the house and using only the refrig, freezer, one TV, and A/C (more of a real life scenario in my home), I was around 30% capacity.
I haven't run this for several days as jchu14 did, only 1 day, but so far and very impressed. If you have a pair of larger A/C units, would probably have to manage which one is running (living space during the day, then turn off that breaker at night and switch on bedroom A/C).

Same situation. Converted a 100520 using the US Carb NG kit. My total came out to $1,136.50. I can actually get this for $969.48, so $167.02 less. Slightly more power but more convenient, not necessarily for me, but for my gf if I happen to not be around when the power goes out. Saying that, ever since I bought the 100520, did the conversion to NG, installed an interlock switch, paid the plumber and bought everything else I need to run it, I have not lost power once in two years.
Haha, I on the other hand have gotten 3-4 great years and over 160hrs of power-loss coverage out of the 100520 with the US Carb kit purely on Natural gas all the way. It's done great for the whole house though I do not use the 4 ton AC on it (haven't installed a soft start).
I even built a proper shed around it, cut ventilation (fan installed and hooked up the generator itself with another inlet vent on the other side), premium sound deadening insulation (so the neighborhood wasn't rattled) and everything else along with it. Paid an electrician and plumber to extend the power and gas lines to the shed as well.

It has worked out great minus one time that the spark plug was corroded and needed replacement. That's when i found out that whoever had done it at the factory had absolutely messed up the spark plug install, I had to then chase and clean the threads out a LOT before installing a new spark plug. Now the generator starts, but I almost always have 5-20 mins of attempting to start it on NG before it finally fires. I believe it's just about flushing air out and getting the right amount of NG in (without flooding the generator) using the US Carb kit's little button on the back to prime.

This is where I was wondering if having the factory tri-fuel setup would be easier - and it would and I would absolutely buy this today if I didn't already have the converted tri-fuel 100520. But, it's not worth it (to my situation specifically) for the added convenience for a $1100ish bucks + needing to sell the older generator, even though the wife would find it easier to start it if I was ever not around.
Or maybe every NG generator goes through this priming mess to start and I'm just unaware (haven't ever had a different generator).

Think about it... Using any generator longer a day makes fuel supply the only thing that matters. A natural gas hook-up is best.

My 100520 has also been converted with a US Carb kit. However, I've always had issues starting it with NG, takes several times,---- haven't been able to figure out if it's regulator valve adjustment (always run it out to the point where I'm concerned it may come loose, to start and then have to run it back in to run smooth, contrary to the manual instructions) or the primer on the regulator (amount of NG released into the carburetor to start).

OK so it ain't just me. Oh well. I guess I'll just factor in the 5 to 20 mins of trying with various lengths of priming before it starts.
So maybe running it all the way out to start implies this thing just needs a LOT of priming to start on NG then?
Once it's started, it sure runs fine with the regulator valve set to default (further in).

Maybe I'll bite someday if the slightly larger tri fuel inverter (12kW I think) goes on sale.
