9k starting watts and ~5k running watts on NatGas
This is VERY tempting.
I haven't run this for several days as jchu14 did, only 1 day, but so far and very impressed. If you have a pair of larger A/C units, would probably have to manage which one is running (living space during the day, then turn off that breaker at night and switch on bedroom A/C).

I even built a proper shed around it, cut ventilation (fan installed and hooked up the generator itself with another inlet vent on the other side), premium sound deadening insulation (so the neighborhood wasn't rattled) and everything else along with it. Paid an electrician and plumber to extend the power and gas lines to the shed as well.
It has worked out great minus one time that the spark plug was corroded and needed replacement. That's when i found out that whoever had done it at the factory had absolutely messed up the spark plug install, I had to then chase and clean the threads out a LOT before installing a new spark plug. Now the generator starts, but I almost always have 5-20 mins of attempting to start it on NG before it finally fires. I believe it's just about flushing air out and getting the right amount of NG in (without flooding the generator) using the US Carb kit's little button on the back to prime.
This is where I was wondering if having the factory tri-fuel setup would be easier - and it would and I would absolutely buy this today if I didn't already have the converted tri-fuel 100520. But, it's not worth it (to my situation specifically) for the added convenience for a $1100ish bucks + needing to sell the older generator, even though the wife would find it easier to start it if I was ever not around.
Or maybe every NG generator goes through this priming mess to start and I'm just unaware (haven't ever had a different generator).

So maybe running it all the way out to start implies this thing just needs a LOT of priming to start on NG then?
Once it's started, it sure runs fine with the regulator valve set to default (further in).
Maybe I'll bite someday if the slightly larger tri fuel inverter (12kW I think) goes on sale.
