Yeah, solid deal. US Mobile has it for $399 with 1-year service.
Though it looks like you cannot choose that plan with this deal, the 3 options on the sign up page range from $20-$40/month. So if you cannot choose just any plan, you have to tack on the minimum 3 * $20 service.

How are you getting to 350? Seems like you're not including the cost of the 3 months.
