Not sure why that Amazon title contains "Midsize", but only the "Standard" size grips are on sale. Midsize are $8.49.

Nope. That looks like a putter grip to me in the pics, although I didn't know superstroke makes grip for other clubs too.

If it's only your driver you're regripping, I'd recommend going to a golf shop and trying out the grips they have. They'll usually have them attached to a little shaft so you can get a sense of how they feel. The most expensive grips with installation shouldn't cost more than about $15.

SuperStroke bought Lamkin a little while ago and they've recently started making non-putter grips.
