I personally don't but if you read the other posts for the same tablet, a lot of users actually do. I'm still rocking my S7 plus 512GB and happy 😊 with it.

There's DEX mode. You can plug into a monitor, and it works great like a normal computer. Miles above something like a chromebook. Then you have portability when you need it. Obviously it won't compete with things like gaming computer.

I have a Samsung laptop and an s10+, and using second screen is a game changer for productivity when traveling. The only issue is the weight of carrying around a tablet and a monitor, which will be kind of a lot with the ultra.

I ALMOST bought one of these as I'd like the bigger screen on the Ultra vs my S9+, but I didn't realize the S10 lineup is running Mediatek chips. That seems to be a no-go for emulators unless I'm missing something?

It's basically a chromebook if you add a keyboard and mouse. The main thing I use it for is reading documents and taking notes with the pen in OneNote. Keyboards and moves are awkward for drawing and not taking, so the spen opens up a use not available on computers.

After reading around, it seems as though it is faster vs the SD 8 Gen 2 in the Tab S9 series in all emulating other than Switch and PC emulation (where it basically doesn't work at all due to lack of Vulkan support). For this price I'll bite; a USED 256GB Tab S9 Ultra is about the same price at Best Buy or on Swappa. The 512GB version doesn't seem to exist anymore.
