YMMV but I found the below offer on both mine and my wife's Citi Rewards+ cards. Worst case is I just prepay our balance, best case I get $100 off. The offer was at the bottom under "Other". My experience with "new line" CC offers is that they aren't policed.

Problem is I find Chase to be relatively poor when it comes to alerting that an offer has been used. Amex sends these typically right away so you are sure that an offer actually applied. Often times I'll get emails from Chase weeks later, to the point where I forget that I even tried to get an offer.
