I've been sent heavily dented cans from Amazon Fresh before. Buyer beware.

Couple times in recent orders I've also gotten badly dented cans from Amazon shipments . But they weren't just Amazon Fresh brands in my case.

They'll throw multiple individual cans in a mostly empty box and my assumption is the cans then rattle around in the box and bang against each other while in transit. Might be dented before they ship too and the workers either have time to look or don't have reason to care.

When cans have come in poor condition I consider them unusable and ask for a refund. Amazon doesn't take returns of food, so I call customer service. They usually want a picture. I usually get a refund. I have better luck with phone customer service than chat.

A 4-pack is likely (though not definitely) going to be somehow tied together, which should help reduce that, I would think. I'd give this product a try myself, except that it's not certified kosher, so it's a non-starter for me. 😟

I ordered coffee from Amazon before. One of the cans, in the center of the box was heavily dented. There was no way it got damaged in transit. All of the perimeter cans were fine. So I am assuming Amazon rushes their employees to pack boxes and not care about damaged merch. If they cared, they wouldn't have sent the item. Getting a refund was easy though. Just chat with them on the app and send a picture. Easy peasy.
